Dear #unionrxi families:
We are requiring all current Union families to update their student/family records. We would like this update to be completed ONLINE by August 16, 2023. This will ensure we have the most up-to-date emergency contact/health information, free and reduced meal applications (if applicable), and any bus request information.
Additionally, the Union R-XI School District requires all families to provide proof of residency. Families are required to provide TWO documents from the list below to prove residency. Any document provided must show the parent's/guardian's name, service location, mailing address and service dates from within the prior 30 days of enrollment.
Property or real estate tax statement/paid receipt – most recent year
Gas bill
Electric bill
TV/Internet bill
Trash bill
Water bill
Mortgage statement or signed closing document
Entire rental agreement/lease signed and dated with receipt
Homeowner's/Renter's insurance
To update your student/family records, you will need to utilize your Parent Portal which can be accessed by following this link: https://sisk12.union.k12.mo.us/UN360x3/login
OR you can update your student/family records via the Tyler SIS 360 app (see image below)

Again, this updated information is extremely important for our district and should be completed as soon as possible.
