Health Protection

The Board sponsored medical insurance plan is subsidized by the School District and is available to all full time employees. Optional family coverage is available at the employee’s expense through payroll deduction. Eligible dependents are spouse and dependent children to the end of the month they turn 26.

Long-Term Disability

Long-term disability is available to active employees working at least 30 hours per week on a regularly scheduled basis. Long-term Disability insurance pays you a portion of your earnings if you cannot work because of a disabling illness or injury. You must be disabled for at least 90 days before you are eligible to receive a benefit payment.
