Enrollment
Register your child online by completing the full enrollment application and submitting required documents, including proof of residency, identification, and student information. Families new to the district must also provide records from previous schools. If you need assistance or access to a device, support is available through the district’s resource center.
Students must live within district boundaries to attend Union R-XI schools. Families are required to provide proof of residency, such as a utility bill, lease, or mortgage document, showing the parent or guardian’s name and address. Attendance areas are assigned based on where you live, and a boundary map is available to confirm your school.
Update your student’s address by submitting this form along with current proof of residency. This ensures school placement, transportation, and contact information remain accurate and up to date.
Student Learning
The Teaching and Learning department supports high-quality instruction by aligning curriculum, instruction, and assessment across all grade levels. Through a collaborative, research-based process, the district works to ensure consistent expectations, meaningful learning experiences, and opportunities for all students to reach their full potential.
MOCAP provides students access to a wide range of online courses that can be taken anytime, anywhere. This program expands learning opportunities by offering flexible scheduling and courses that may not be available in the traditional school setting, all supported and approved through the district.
Health & Safety
Health Services supports student well-being by providing school-based nursing care, health resources, and access to important forms and policies. The district also partners with community agencies to offer counseling, mental health support, and prevention programs for students and families.
Daily School Life

Get involved in your child’s school by volunteering your time and talents. All volunteers must complete a background check before participating. This page provides information on how to apply, requirements, and ways to support students and staff across the district.
Family Tools
Access the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to view your student’s grades, attendance, schedules, and important school updates. Families can also update contact information and stay connected to their student’s progress in real time.
