Wagner Portrait Group will be at school to photograph any students who were absent on the initial picture day or any student that needs his/her picture retaken.
If you are having a picture taken as a RETAKE, please make sure your student returns their package in its entirety, including the package insert sheet, to the photographer on retake day.

Title I Parent Informational Meeting Prairie Dell Elementary

Title 1 Parent meeting on Thursday, Nov. 7th from 5:30-6:30 P.M. at Prairie Dell. We are providing pizza and sharing with you what the Title 1 Program is all about! Please join us! Halloween at PDE! We are having an outdoor costume parade that will begin at 1pm on October 31st. Parents must have their ID scanned at the office in order to attend parties. To avoid long lines we recommend you come in prior to the 31st to have your name put into the system. Students will not wear costumes to school. They will change into their costume before the parade. Please see attached flyer for additional costume information.
**New substitute teacher and paraprofessional pay rates!**
Last night at our regularly scheduled BoE meeting, there were two agenda items approved that we’d like to bring to your attention. The changes below are not effective until Monday, Nov. 4, 2024.
1). We increased our substitute teacher rate of pay from $115 per day to $135 per day. Retired teachers (from any district) who substitute teach will be paid $150 per day up from $135 per day.

2). We also increased our district paraprofessional hourly rate of pay. Our paraprofessionals fill a variety of roles throughout our district. If you have 60 college credit hours or you’ve passed the paraprofessional exam, please check out our current openings.
