1. Parents must complete the Parent Volunteer Registration form and Agreement to begin the process with the District. This form allows us to do the yearly Family Care Safety Registry. This will still take up to 14 days to get the results for this check. **This background check expires at the end of EACH school year.** So even if it was done in May of 2022, it expired on June 30. 2. Parents are still required to have fingerprint background searches done every 5 years. Parents will register themselves online at the machs.mo.gov website using the District unique registration code found on the form in the packet. They MUST have this code entered when registering. It is circled at the top of the form. Parents will then make their own appointment at the listed locations during the registration and payment will be done when they get their prints done.
