**Proposition KIDS - No tax increase bond issue** On April 8, voters will be asked to vote on a $35 million no tax increase bond issue. 🌟 Celebrating Excellence at Beaufort Elementary! 🌟 This afternoon, we had the honor of recognizing our outstanding staff members as we celebrated our building nominees and winners for Classified and Certified Staff Member of the Year! 🎉 ✨ Classified Staff Nominees: Mrs. Emily Kania, Mrs. Shannon Eads, Mrs. Dawn Homer, and Mrs. Dotty Harker. 🏆 We are thrilled to announce that Mrs. Dawn Homer has been named our Classified Staff Member of the Year! ✨ Certified Staff Nominees: Mrs. Joanie Mabe, Mrs. Sue Niederer, Mrs. Rachel Gillette, Mrs. Becky McDuffie, Mrs. Sheryl Cash, Mrs. Katie Kelley, Mrs. Christy Machelett (not pictured), Mrs. Cindy Schmidt (not pictured), and Dr. Shannon Neier. 🏆 We are proud to share that Dr. Shannon Neier has been named our Teacher of the Year! Both Mrs. Homer and Dr. Neier will be honored at the District Employee Recognition Banquet on April 11th, and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate them! 🎊 Beaufort Elementary is truly blessed with an incredible team of educators and staff who make a difference every single day. Lunch choices for tomorrow, Friday, February 21st.

All schools will be in session tomorrow, Friday 2/21/25! We have worked with our transportation team and city/county officials and most of our school buses are able to navigate our community roads safely and efficiently. To that point, we will still have a few bus routes that need to be modified. If your student’s bus route is going to be modified, you will be contacted by First Student later this afternoon/evening or tomorrow morning. Additionally, bus pick ups may be a little slower than usual, so please be prepared for possible delays. We will have extra personnel on hand tomorrow morning at each of our schools during arrival to assist with drop offs. Please be cautious and provide for some extra time as arrival will most likely be slower than usual. Thank you again for your patience and flexibility over the past several days as we are excited to welcome back all our students and staff! Be safe and stay warm! #Uproud

Fundraiser EXTENDED to February 26th. We will continue selling trash bags to raise money for Outdoor Day presentations. Order forms will now be due, Wednesday, February 26th. Checks only (NO cash), made out to Beaufort Elementary, must be turned in with your order form. There are 5 different kinds and it’s $15 per roll. Thank you for supporting Outdoor Day!
