We are #UProud to partner with the Four Rivers Career Center. #UnionRXI Students can also sign up to attend a field trip to FRCC on Thursday, November 7th from 9-11am. Priority will be given to students with an application on file, only 50 spots are available, and permission forms are in the Counseling Office. Students interested in the Teaching Careers program can attend a Shadow Day on Friday, December 6th from 8-11:30am, and permission forms are in the Counseling Office. Finally, FRCC will also be hosting an OPEN HOUSE Tuesday, December 3rd 5-7pm, for prospective students to tour, meet the instructors, and ask questions. If you have any questions, or would like to meet with a counselor prior to submitting your application, please reach out via email or stop by the Counseling Office. We hope you pursue this opportunity, if these careers interest you, and wish you the best for the 25/26 school year!

**New substitute teacher and paraprofessional pay rates!** Last night at our regularly scheduled BoE meeting, there were two agenda items approved that we’d like to bring to your attention. The changes below are not effective until Monday, Nov. 4, 2024. 1). We increased our substitute teacher rate of pay from $115 per day to $135 per day.
